Monty Spindler
Since his childhood the american Monty Spindler has always been in contact with various water sports. Activ in several sailing classes such as Laser, Finn and Tornado he came in touch with Windsurfing at the end of the seventies 70er and started immedialy designing the first windsurfing sail prototypes. At this time he had already huge experience in design of sailing yacht sails, which allowed him to make big forward steps very quickly. Monty worked for the biggest brands in those years and set a milestone inventing the extraordinary A.R.T. RadWing.
In 1999 Monty starts his own brand "The Loft" presenting promptly a complete product range and ensuring lots of rumors in windsurfing scene. Rebranding the company in LOFTSAILS in year 2011, from now on Monty is focussing his efforts on technical product development, deciding to cede distribution and marketing. At today several national and international speed records had been broken with LOFTSAILS products and some of the world best Windsurfers continue to celebrate outstanding results in international competitions with this historical brand!

The design of the new PURELIP combines wave performance with a huge windrange. A top balanced, really stable sail, which at the same time has to be easy to handle - this were key points the R&D team was asking to Monty Spindler.
Thanks to its higher aspect ratio the PURELIP 2023 is more reactive and compat, paired to a reinforced loose leach it is the most stable wavesail in highwind conditions LOFTSAILS has ever produced.

Ultralight feeling for both top freestyle performance and super-easy freeride foiling with one sail only!
For 2023 the AIRSCAPE has been modified only in details to increase the already top handling even further.
New leech outlines and a narrowed head width take the maneuverability to a higher level.

Stable present in the LOFTSAILS sail range since 1999 its the winner of countless tests and probably the most popular sail of the brand.
For 2023 our beststeller has been refreshed: higher aspect ratio and increased mast lenght translates into more forward-oriented drive and lighter, easier handling improving even further its legendary low-end power.
Available as previously in exclusive orange bi-ply or reinforced HD green versions.

LOFTSAILS SWITCHBLADE 2022
High-end freerace performance paired with easiest handling are the most important features of the new SWITCHBLADE.
A complete new design for 2022: holding the legendary low-end power, the windrange has been increased even further. Outstanding stability and full control at any time: SWITCHBLADE is the masked slalom/race sail with phenomenal handling for a cambered sail.
All sizes up to 7.8 are supplied with two sets of TekCam II cams to allow the use of both SDM or RDM masts.
Available in orange bi-ply or HD green x-ply version.

LOFTSAILS SKYSCAPE 2023
LOFTSAILS windfoil dedication: we love foiling and have designed the SKYSCAPE for 2023 completely new.
By removing the three cambers the sail rotates more easily in the tacks and gybes. Obtaining greater rig control freeride foilers can concentrate on their flight.
The aspect ratio of the SKYSCAPES has been further increased. The boom and head batten length reductions deliver improved stability and control. Although designed for performance foiling, SKYSCAPE 2022 is fully compatible with slalom windsurfing -ultra-friendly, effective and fast on a fin!

LOFTSAILS SKYBLADE 2022
The most innovative course-race foil sail, deisgned for the poduium: European championship winner sail from Ramon Pastor we have improved the SKYBLADE 2022 even further.
To improve acceleration, we have modified the shape introducing a shorter outline, reduced leech, shorter boom and a higher, more forward-oriented drive.
Reduced sail profile movement and less pressure on back hand makes the SKYBLADE an outstanding ultra-stable foiling machine.

LOFTSAILS RACINGBLADE 2022
As uncompromising slalom-competition designs, RACINGBLADES are recognized for their blistering acceleration and top speed.
For 2022 RACINGBLADE continues its development with further attention to the distribution of vertical curves and luff shape. This translates into quicker acceleration off the mark and out of the gybes. Sail profile is greatly stabilized by the introduction of new batten profiles.
Sizes 8.4 and smaller are compatible with SDM and RDM masts.
For the first time, RACINGBLADE is produced entirely free of monofilm materials.
